Two reports by Edward Ireland, constable of the Dock Square (or Town Dock) watch, and other members of the watch to the Boston Selectmen, 15 Nov. 1768 and 28 Dec. 1774. The reports complain of disrespect and threats from British military officers during encounters with the watch late at night on the docks. Includes typed transcriptions.
